tanpawm is a free TikTok downloader that runs in your browser, built and looked after by a small independent team.
tanpawm.com is made by a small, independent group of people who build and maintain web tools. We are not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance, and we are not connected to other download sites with similar names. The name comes from the Indonesian phrase “tanpa watermark”, which means “without watermark”, and that is the job the site was built for.
It works in any modern browser on Android, iPhone, Windows and macOS, and you can add it to your home screen like an app.
You paste a public link and tanpawm finds the files that TikTok already serves publicly. The download goes straight to your device: tanpawm does not host or archive media, and you never log in or share your TikTok password. Private, friends-only and deleted posts are out of reach.
What the site keeps in your browser and which cookies are used is explained in the privacy policy.
Advertising pays for the service. When you tap a download button, an advertiser’s page opens in a new tab; close it and come back, and your file is not affected. A note next to the link box tells you this before you start.
Every video belongs to the person who made it. tanpawm is meant for personal, offline viewing of public content, and the terms of use set out the rules. Rights holders can ask us to block content through the contact page; valid requests are handled within 72 hours.
Questions, ideas and bug reports are welcome on the contact page.
