These Campaign Terms govern the “ad-free for 3 months” promotion (the “Campaign”) run by tanpawm.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; where a conflict arises on a Campaign-specific matter, these Campaign Terms prevail. By submitting an application you accept these Campaign Terms in full.
The Campaign is organized and administered solely by tanpawm.com. Questions about the Campaign must be directed to us through our Contact page and not to any social media platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to take part. Notwithstanding the minimum age of 13 stated in our Terms of Use for ordinary use of the Services, participation in the Campaign requires legal capacity to enter into an agreement, and is therefore limited to adults. One reward per person and per household. You must be the owner of, and have full control over, the account you post from and the email address you submit.
The Campaign runs on a rolling basis. The deadline shown on the campaign card is the 25th day of the current month, or of the following month once that date has passed. Applications received after a deadline are assessed in the next review cycle. We may close the Campaign at any time in accordance with section 12.
To qualify, your video must:
Videos may be posted on YouTube, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels or Facebook.
Because you receive something of value in return for your video, your post creates a material connection between you and tanpawm.com that must be disclosed. You are required to include the #ad tag, and to use any built-in paid-partnership or sponsorship label the platform provides. The disclosure must be clear, visible without expanding the description, and must not be buried among other tags. Applications without a valid disclosure will be rejected, and a reward already granted may be revoked. You remain responsible for complying with the advertising and disclosure rules applicable in your own country.
Submit the public link to your video together with your email address using the form on the campaign card. Submitting an application does not create any entitlement to a reward: every application is reviewed individually and may be declined.
We aim to review applications within 72 hours of receipt. If your application is accepted, a promo code is sent to the email address you provided. We are not responsible for codes that fail to arrive because of an incorrect address, a full mailbox, or spam filtering on your side.
The reward is the removal of advertising from tanpawm.com for a period of three months from activation. The promo code may be activated on a maximum of two devices. The reward is personal to you, is not transferable, may not be sold, exchanged or auctioned, and carries no cash alternative. Any tax or charge arising from the reward in your jurisdiction is your own responsibility.
We may decline an application, or withdraw a reward already granted and deactivate the associated code, where:
Our assessment on these matters is final.
You keep all rights in the video you produce. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not require any licence to it as a condition of the Campaign. You confirm that you have the right to publish the video and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. Any material you download through the Services while recording remains subject to the personal, non-commercial licence set out in our Terms of Use.
To administer the Campaign we process the email address you submit, the link to your video, and the public information visible on the account you post from, including the follower count needed to verify section 4. The email address is used solely to send your promo code and to contact you about your application; it is not used for marketing and is not sold or shared. We retain application data for as long as the associated reward is active and for up to 12 months after it expires, in order to handle disputes and to enforce the one-reward-per-person rule, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Full details, including your rights of access, correction and deletion, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may amend these Campaign Terms, change the requirements or the reward, suspend the Campaign, or end it entirely, at any time and at our discretion, by publishing the change on this page. Rewards already granted and active remain valid for their remaining term unless they are revoked under section 9. Continued participation after a change is published constitutes acceptance of the amended Campaign Terms.
This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram), Google LLC or YouTube. You provide your information to tanpawm.com and not to any of these platforms. Each platform is released in full from any liability in connection with the Campaign. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service and community guidelines of the platform on which you post.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for applications that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received for technical reasons, for any interruption of the ad-free reward, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the Campaign. Nothing in these Campaign Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Campaign Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tanpawm.com operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and are subject to the same jurisdiction clause as our Terms of Use.
These Campaign Terms may be made available in other languages for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, or conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail and govern.
